Product Overview

The KTH462N series is a low-power, latching Hall effect switch sensor designed for detecting two-dimensional magnetic fields. It offers two independent digital outputs, providing either speed and direction calculations (KTH4622 series) or direct independent latching switch outputs (KTH4621 series). The chip is available in various switching frequencies and package types to suit diverse applications. When the applied magnetic induction exceeds the operating point (BOP), the output goes low and remains low. When the magnetic induction drops below the release point (BRP), the output goes high. The series integrates highly sensitive, low-offset Hall plates (X-Y, X-Z, Y-Z), analog switches, differential amplifiers, Schmitt triggers, and NMOS open-drain output circuits, utilizing advanced SPIN, digital filtering, and clock control technologies for stable operation.
