Product Description
The CC6207 is a micro-power, ultra-sensitive, full polarity Hall switch with a latching output, designed to directly replace traditional magnetic reed switches. It is ideal for battery-powered portable electronic devices such as mobile phones, laptops, Bluetooth headsets, and forehead temperature guns. The device is fully polarized for magnetic field discrimination, activating with either a North or South pole and switching off when the field is withdrawn, eliminating the need for pole identification during assembly. It integrates a Hall sensor, voltage stabilizing module, small-signal amplifier, dynamic offset cancellation, latch module, and CMOS output stage. Utilizing advanced BiCMOS technology and dynamic offset cancellation, the CC6207 minimizes input errors, misalignment voltages, and improves device uniformity. Its miniaturized packaging process offers enhanced performance and market advantages.
