Product Overview
The KTH7801 is a high-precision 16-bit absolute angle Hall sensor chip designed for non-contact angle measurements in both on-axis and off-axis configurations. It supports a wide rotational speed range (0-120,000 rpm) and offers multiple output modes including programmable ABZ quadrature pulse output (up to 4096 steps/turn), 4-wire SPI, 2-wire SSI, and 14-bit PWM angle output. The sensor features built-in magnetic field strength detection with programmable thresholds, MTP memory for storing configuration parameters like zero-angle position and ABZ settings, and ultra-low latency (1 s data updates). It is AEC-Q100 qualified and operates from 3.0V to 5.5V with an extended temperature range of -40C to 125C.
