Cosemitech CH603/CH604/CH605 Automotive Product Group
The CH603/CH604/CH605 family of Miniature Ratiometric Linear (MRL) sensors are high-performance, versatile linear Hall-effect devices operated by magnetic fields. They feature a ratiometric output voltage proportional to the supply voltage and magnetic field strength, with a quiescent output voltage at 50% of the supply voltage. Integrated circuitry enhances temperature stability, sensitivity, and compensation, providing high accuracy and robust performance across a wide temperature range (-40C to +150C). The quad Hall sensing element ensures stable output by minimizing stress effects. These sensors are suitable for automotive, industrial, and home appliance applications, responding to both positive and negative magnetic poles for applications like current sensing, speed detection, position detection, and solid-state switching.
