The KTH462N series is a low-power, latching Hall-effect switch sensor designed for detecting two-dimensional magnetic fields. It offers two independent digital outputs for speed and direction calculation (KTH4622 series) or direct latching switch outputs per axis (KTH4621 series). Available in various switching frequencies and package options, this chip operates within a 2.5V to 5.5V supply voltage range and uses the SOT-23-6L package. It features integrated Hall plates, analog switches, amplifiers, Schmitt triggers, and NMOS open-drain outputs, utilizing advanced SPIN, digital filtering, and clock control technologies for stable operation.
