The BPD-NQHAC4-LC14.0 is a PIN silicon photodiode housed in a clear epoxy package, offering spectral response from visible to infrared light. Its wide receiving angle ensures even light reception over a large area, and the end-looking package is designed for easy PC board mounting. This photodiode is mechanically and spectrally matched to BRIGHT's GaAs and GaAlAs series of infrared emitting diodes, making it ideal for space-limited applications.
