The Broadcom ACHS-7124/7125 product series is a family of fully integrated, Hall Effect-based linear current sensor ICs designed for AC or DC current sensing in industrial, commercial, and communications systems. These devices offer precise, low-offset Hall effect sensing with a low-resistance copper conduction path, providing a proportional voltage output. Optimized for accuracy and stability, they feature a ratiometric output, single 5.0V supply operation, and a low-noise analog signal path. The bandwidth is configurable via a FILTER pin, and the devices are factory-trimmed for accuracy with a typical total output error of 1.5%. The compact, surface-mountable SO-8 package ensures compliance with worldwide safety standards, including 3 kVRMS isolation voltage.
