Product Overview
The BPS130 Series is a 10 mm analog high pressure sensor designed for a variety of industrial and medical applications. It features compensated output, direct-media monitoring, and offers both gauge and absolute pressure types. The sensor is built with isolated onboard electronics and an optional gold-plated Kovar port for enhanced durability. It is RoHS compliant and suitable for harsh media, including air, liquid, and gas. Key applications include refrigerant systems, water level and pressure monitoring, and oil, fuel, and exhaust gas pressure sensing in heavy equipment.

Solder Profile:
Processing Method: Reflow soldering with infrared heat or forced air convection (only once). Max. 300 C (5 Seconds Max.), 150 C (80-100 Seconds), 100 C (60 Seconds Max.). No clean solder paste is recommended. Aqueous wash is not recommended. Use of water soluble soldering flux should be avoided due to possible corrosion. Multiple passes through the soldering process is not recommended. Other SMD processes and profiles should be verified by the customer.
