The Broadcom AEAT-9955 is an advanced angular magnetic rotary sensor designed for precise 360-degree angle measurement. It integrates Hall sensor elements with sophisticated analog and digital signal processing to deliver both absolute and incremental position data. The sensor supports a wide range of applications by offering selectable and reprogrammable resolutions for absolute angle measurement (10 to 18 bits) and configurable resolutions for incremental signals (1 CPR to 20,000 CPR for ABI, and 1 to 32 pole pairs for UVW commutation). It communicates via SSI, SPI, and PWM protocols, providing a versatile and robust solution for motor control and automation.
