Product Overview
The BPS130 Series is a 10 mm analog high pressure sensor designed for robust performance in demanding environments. It features compensated output, direct-media monitoring, and offers both gauge and absolute pressure types. The sensor incorporates isolated onboard electronics and an optional gold-plated Kovar port for enhanced durability. It is RoHS compliant and suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, including refrigerant systems, water level and pressure monitoring, and heavy equipment for oil & fuel systems and exhaust gas pressure sensing. The BPS130 Series is also suitable for low/medium risk medical devices such as diagnostic and analysis equipment.

Solder Profile
Processing Method: Reflow soldering with infrared heat or forced air convection (only once).
- Max Temperature: 250 C (5 Seconds Max.)
- Time at Temperature: 80-100 Seconds
- Cooling Time: 60 Seconds Max.
Notes: No clean solder paste is recommended. Aqueous wash is not recommended. Use of water soluble soldering flux should be avoided due to possible corrosion. Multiple passes through the soldering process is not recommended. Other SMD processes and profiles should be verified by the customer.
Packaging Specification
