The PSA/PSB Series are compact, digital display pressure sensors designed for sensing non-corrosive gases. Featuring a high-brightness red LED display and a selectable response time for chattering prevention, these sensors offer versatile output modes including Hysteresis, Automatic Sensitivity Setting, Independent 2 Output, and Window Comparative Output. They are equipped with an analog voltage output (1-5VDC) and include reverse power polarity and overcurrent protection circuits. The one-touch connector type facilitates easy wiring and maintenance, making them suitable for various industrial applications.

Troubleshooting

ER1 External pressure input during zero point adjustment Try again after removing external pressure
ER2 Overload applied on control output Remove overload
ER3 Setting value not matched with setting condition Check setting conditions and set proper values
HHH Applied pressure exceeds High-limit of display range Apply pressure within display range
LLL Applied pressure exceeds Low-limit of display range Apply pressure within display range

Cautions

  • Use within the range of specification.
  • After supplying power, it takes 3 sec. to work.
  • Do not use with flammable gas; not an explosion-proof structure.
  • Avoid direct contact with water, oil, thinner, etc.
  • Wiring must be done with power off.
  • Do not insert sharp objects into the pressure port.
  • When using switching mode power supply, frame ground terminal should be grounded.
  • May cause malfunction by noise when wiring with power line or high voltage line.
