Product Overview
The BDH8401F is a wide-voltage bipolar latching Hall effect sensor IC manufactured using high-voltage bipolar process technology. It is designed for high-voltage applications and offers strong noise immunity. The chip integrates a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, differential amplifier, temperature compensation circuit, and an open-collector output circuit. It accepts magnetic induction as input and outputs a digital voltage signal. Operating within a wide temperature range of -40 to 150 and a voltage range of 3.8V to 60V, it can drive up to 30mA. The BDH8401F is suitable for various consumer electronics and industrial control applications, available in TO92S and SOT23-3L packages, both compliant with RoHS standards.
