Troubleshooting
- No outputs: Check power supply, polarity (+, -) when wiring, and connection part.
- Abnormally fluctuating output: Check power supply, supplied pressure, and pressure line.
- Out of zero point output value: Check power supply, load resistive value of current output type for a receiver (over 600), measuring point and transmission distance. Ensure line resistance is below 600.
Cautions during Use
- Follow instructions in 'Safety Considerations' in the instruction manual.
- 15-35VDC power supply should be insulated and limited voltage/current or Class 2, SELV power supply device.
- When installing the unit on a pipeline, use the hexagon part of connections, not the unit itself, with a pipe wrench.
- Do not use the unit with strong vibrations.
- Store the unit in a place without moisture, dust, and vibration.
- This product does not require repair as it has no drive part at the sensing part.
- For maintenance (once a year): Check for broken status of the outside, pressure slot cleanliness, and corrosion state. Short each terminal and check insulation resistance between the case and power.
- When removing a sensor for maintenance, replace the O-ring and ensure the diaphragm part is not damaged.
- Install a switch or circuit breaker for supplying or cutting off power nearby for convenient control.
- The unit cannot be repaired due to its disassembled structure.
- The unit is fixed with bolts and nuts on both sides of the case. Do not apply excessive load (approx. 300kg/cm), as it may cause damage.
