Product Overview

The F-64 PRFDAW Series is a line of full metal, cylindrical proximity sensors designed for demanding industrial environments. Featuring a long sensing distance and exceptional spatter resistance due to a PTFE coating, these sensors are ideal for applications involving arc welding where normal proximity sensors may malfunction. They offer high impact and wear resistance, with stainless steel sensing faces and housings that withstand friction from workpieces or metallic brushes. The series also provides excellent noise immunity with a specialized sensor IC, built-in surge protection, and output short over-current protection. Stability and operation indicators with 360 visibility (except for PRFDAWT08) and oil-resistant cables further enhance their reliability and ease of use. These sensors are rated IP67 for protection against dust and water ingress.

Note: Use accessories (nut, washer) made of SUS. Or, sensing distance cannot be guaranteed. Do not pull the 4mm cable with a tensile strength of 30N or over and the 5mm cable with a tensile strength of 50N or over. It may result in fire due to the broken wire. When extending wire, use AWG22 cable or over within 200m.
