The UM0034-000 Liquid Auto-Fill Control Unit is an ultrasonic sensor-based system designed for non-contact liquid level monitoring and control in automated filling processes. By measuring the time of flight of ultrasonic waves, it accurately calculates container depth and liquid levels, enabling precise control of liquid addition and preventing overfills. Its non-contact operation ensures no contamination of the liquid. Ideal for water machines, water purifiers, coffee machines, and other liquid filling applications.

Notes:

  • Distance between waste water container and sensor should be less than 25cm, ideal distance should be 18cm ~ 22cm.
  • Diameter of cup should be less than 10cm.
  • Interval should be more than 1s when filling 2 or more cups.
  • Please check if Sensor is being correctly installed before powering up.
  • There might be a failure when putting in a cup with more than half cup of water.
  • Flow Rate of water should be less than 18ml/h; the higher the flow rate, the lower the accuracy.
