Product Overview
The AFM0200 is a micro thermal mass flow sensor specifically developed for precise measurement of small gas flows. Utilizing an independently developed MEMS mass flow chip, it accurately calculates gas mass flow by measuring resistance changes. This sensor offers intuitive readings, high precision, stability, resistance to extreme temperatures, good linearity, and fast response times. With built-in temperature compensation and a compact design, the AFM0200 is ideal for various applications requiring gas flow measurement, including gas detectors, air samplers, sweep and cooling flow management in wire bonding machines, and confirmation of adsorption for micro electronic and optical components. It undergoes rigorous factory calibration, providing direct flow output to reduce user costs and development complexity.

Product Output
4.1 Voltage Output
The AFM0200 features analog voltage output. The relationship between voltage and flow is as follows:
Formula: X = Voltage (V), Y = Liters per minute (slm)
Voltage to Flow Conversion:
- Positive: If output voltage is 3V and 4.5V, use formula: Y=(X-3) / 2.5. Otherwise, use formula: Y=(X-4.5)* 4.8 + 0.6
- Reverse: If output voltage is 1.5V and 3V, use formula: Y=(X-3) / 2.5. Otherwise, use formula: Y=(X-1.5)* 4.8 - 0.6
