Dimensions
Refer to Figure 2 for AO-07 external dimensions (Unit: mm, Tolerance: 0.15 mm).
Installation and Usage
Installation: Hand-tighten the sensor to ensure good airtightness. Do not use wrenches or similar mechanical tools to avoid damaging the sensor threads.
Storage and Use: Avoid exposure to high concentrations of organic solvent vapor during storage, installation, and operation. If using a sensor with a printed circuit board (PCB), clean the PCB with a degreaser before installation to prevent flux residues from volatilizing and blocking the sensor's breathable membrane. Do not use organic solvents on the sensor housing, as they may cause plastic cracking.
Cleaning: If the sensor housing is contaminated, clean with distilled water and allow to air dry. Do not use steam sterilization or expose the sensor to environments containing chemicals like ethylene oxide or hydrogen peroxide for extended periods.
Recommended Circuit
Refer to Figure 3 for the AO-07 recommended application circuit diagram. The formula for calculating oxygen concentration in the measured environment is: Oxygen Concentration = (Ax - A0) * 20.9 / ((A1 - A0) * 100%).
Pin Definition
Refer to Figure 4 for the AO-07 pin definition diagram.
