Product Overview

Notes
- All sensor specifications are valid at 25, VDD = 5V, and absolute pressure = 966 mbar, unless otherwise specified.
- Standard liters per minute at 20 and 1013 mbar.
- Sensor is calibrated in a horizontal position.
- Ensure good inlet flow conditions: connecting tube inner diameter should be similar to the AFM3000's main flow channel. Inlet tube must be straight and at least 10cm long. Grids are installed at the inlet and outlet to reduce turbulence.
- The AFM3000 features digital temperature compensation; no external compensation is required.
- Avoid applying mechanical stress to solder joints during or due to PCB assembly.
- AFM3000 conforms to AEC-Q-100-002 (4kV HBM) and AEC-Q-100-003 (200V MM) for electrostatic discharge. Handle with anti-static precautions.
