AS5147P 14-Bit On-Axis Magnetic Rotary Position Sensor

The AS5147P is a high-resolution magnetic rotary position sensor designed for high-speed angle measurement up to 28krpm over a full 360-degree range. It features integrated dynamic angle error compensation (DAEC) with near-zero latency and is robust against homogeneous external stray magnetic fields. The sensor provides 14-bit absolute angle position data via a 4-wire SPI serial interface, allowing programming of non-volatile settings without a dedicated programmer. It also offers incremental movements via ABI signals with programmable resolutions, and brushless DC (BLDC) motor control through a standard UVW commutation interface with programmable pole pairs. The AS5147P supports embedded self-diagnostics and is defined as a Safety Element out of Context (SEooC) according to ISO26262. It is available as a single die in a compact 14-pin TSSOP package.
