Product Overview

The AS5047P is a high-resolution, 14-bit on-axis magnetic rotary position sensor designed for high-speed (up to 28krpm) angle measurement over a full 360-degree range. It features integrated dynamic angle error compensation (DAEC) with near-zero latency and offers robust design to suppress external stray magnetic fields. The sensor provides absolute angle position data via a 4-wire SPI serial interface and also outputs incremental movements through ABI signals. It supports brushless DC (BLDC) motor commutation via a standard UVW interface and offers a PWM-encoded absolute angle output. The AS5047P is ideal for challenging industrial applications such as factory automation, building automation, robotics, and as an optical encoder replacement.
