Product Overview
The AFM07 series is a high-performance, stable, and reliable gas mass flow meter based on thermal measurement principles and integrating 's self-developed MEMS mass flow chip. It measures mass flow and temperature, offering good repeatability and supporting multiple gas types. Key features include a standard Modbus RTU communication interface, two NPN open-collector outputs for upper/lower limit alarms, a 1-5V linear voltage output, and an LCD display. The compact design with a high-definition digital display makes it suitable for various gas flow measurement scenarios. The AFM07 series is factory-calibrated for direct output of accurate flow data, reducing user costs and development complexity. It is ideal for monitoring the mass flow of dry, clean, non-corrosive gases such as air, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, and oxygen (excluding flammable and explosive gases). Applications span university research, fire safety, environmental monitoring, tobacco, smart agriculture, food, and pharmaceutical industries.

Note on Piping: Ensure a straight pipe section of 12cm or longer with an inner diameter of 4mm or more at the inlet/outlet ports to maintain accuracy (deviation of 2% F.S. or more may occur otherwise).
Note on Voltage Output: The relationship between output voltage and instantaneous flow is: Voltage (V) = 1 + Instantaneous Flow (L/min) Voltage Coefficient. Voltage coefficients are 0.16 for 25L/min range and 0.08 for 50L/min range.
