Dragster High Resolution Line Scan Sensor
The Dragster is a series of digital line-scan sensors available in single-line (7x7m or 3.5x3.5m pixel size) and dual-line (mono and color, 7x7m pixel size) configurations. These sensors are highly scalable, pin-compatible, and feature a simple, all-digital interface for easy integration into standard cameras and image processing boards. Applications include motion capture, high-end barcode scanning, automated optical inspection, flat panel inspection, and food sorting.
Dragster Evaluation Board
The Dragster Evaluation Board provides a highly configurable hardware platform for easy setup and evaluation of the Dragster line scan family. It enables quick sensor evaluation by transferring image data to a frame grabber via high-speed Camera Link. The system uses an FPGA for state machine timing control and supports all Dragster sensors from 2k to 16k resolution. User access to configuration and registers is provided via an RS232 serial interface.
4LS High-Speed Color / TDI Line Scan Sensor
The 4LS sensor is a quad-linear line scan sensor designed for color imaging. It provides simultaneous data from four lines with low noise pixels, true CDS, and global shutter. Each line has a configurable column-parallel ADC for color mismatch equalization or wide dynamic range. Data is output via LVDS serial taps, with multiplexing options to reduce tap count. The sensor supports line rates up to 150KLines/s, with increased rates in partial readout mode. The color version offers RGB+clear channels for combining color and NIR information, ideal for applications like high-end document and print inspection, high-speed TDI scanning, surface and web inspection, food sorting, medical skin scanning, and 3D imaging. The monochrome version is suitable for 4:1 digital TDI.
NanEye Resolution
The NanEye 2D and NanEye Stereo sensors are compact system-on-chip camera heads with self-timed readout sequencing, 10-bit AD conversion, and bit-serial LVDS data transmission. Proprietary data interface technology allows for cable lengths up to 3m without additional components and meets EMC norms with minimal shielding. With 250x250 pixels at 3m pitch, they deliver sharp images in a very compact size. Frame rates of 43-62fps allow synchronization to displays, providing delay-free, smooth video operation for safe operation and clear diagnosis. Options include small lenses, making it the world's most compact digital camera. Applications include medical endoscopy, dental imaging, surgical robotics, and eye tracking.
NanoUSB2 Evaluation Board
The NanoUSB2 board acts as the hardware interface between NanEye sensors and a PC. It deserializes the bit-serial LVDS data stream from NanEye sensors and translates it to a USB2 protocol for PC interfacing. The supplied viewer software controls the NanEye camera, displays video images, and offers full control over sensor settings, including image correction and enhancement algorithms. The board can also drive optional LED illumination.
NanEye Fiber Optic Box 2.0
The NanEye Fiber Optic Box Demo Kit 2.0 is an all-in-one image processing unit that interfaces NanEye micro camera head signals and outputs a 1080p/60 format HDMI video signal, directly connectable to HDMI monitors without a PC. It features advanced image processing for automatic exposure control and color data reconstruction, displaying a 750x750 pixel image. A USB3 interface allows connection to the NanEye viewer on a PC for raw image access and control settings. The kit includes a fiber light source for illumination via a 0.5mm plastic optic fiber, housed in a 2.3mm diameter, 1m length lumen. Illumination intensity is adjustable. The unit provides galvanic isolation to the camera head and interfaces to standard HDMI monitors.
CMV300
The CMV300 is a high-speed CMOS image sensor developed for machine vision applications. It features a global shutter, high frame rates, and multiple output interfaces. The sensor offers a sensitivity of 6 V/lux.s, a full well charge of 20000 e-, and a dynamic range of 60 dB, with an extended dynamic range option up to 90 dB. It supports both monochrome and RGB color output and operates within a temperature range of -30C to +70C.
