Product Overview
The CMV4000 is a high-sensitivity, pipelined global shutter CMOS image sensor designed for machine vision applications. With a 2048 x 2048 pixel resolution, it offers true correlated double sampling (CDS) for reduced noise and 16 LVDS channels for high-speed operation, achieving up to 180 fps at full resolution with 10-bit per pixel output. It supports a 12-bit mode for enhanced image quality at a reduced frame rate. The sensor is programmable via a serial peripheral interface (SPI), and an internal timing generator manages read-out and exposure control, with external exposure triggering also supported. Its design prioritizes ease of hardware integration and offers features like high dynamic range and selectable ADC resolution.
