AS7265x Smart 18-Channel VIS to NIR Spectral-ID 3-Sensor Chipset

The AS7265x chipset is a sophisticated 18-channel multispectral sensor solution designed for spectral identification across the visible and near-infrared (NIR) spectrum, from 410nm to 940nm. It comprises three devices: AS72651 (master), AS72652, and AS72653, each featuring 6 independent on-device optical filters with a Full Width at Half Maximum (FWHM) of 20nm. This chipset offers a compact, integrated solution with built-in LED drivers, electronic shutter capabilities, and no requirement for additional signal conditioning. It supports UART or IC slave digital interfaces and is pre-calibrated for specific light sources, though recalibration may be necessary for different application conditions. The AS7265x is ideal for applications such as product authentication, anti-counterfeiting, portable spectroscopy, product safety, horticultural lighting, and material analysis.
