The ANPEC APX9132 is an ultra-sensitive, pole-independent Hall-effect switch with a latched digital output. Designed for micro-power operation and battery applications, it features a unique clocking scheme that reduces average operating power. The device operates from 2.5V to 3.5V and is designed to replace reed switches, offering superior signal conditioning. Its advanced CMOS processing and SOT-23-3 package make it suitable for a wide range of applications including micro switches, handheld wireless device wake-up switches, clamp shell type application switches, and magnet switches in low duty cycle applications.
