It features a Si bandgap temperature sensor, an ADC, and a digital signal processor, all integrated into a compact WLCSP package. With ultra-low power consumption, factory calibration, and an alert functionality, it is ideal for mobile and battery-powered devices. The sensor supports 8 different IC addresses, allowing multiple devices on a single bus.
