The TSL2568 and TSL2569 are high-sensitivity light-to-digital converters that transform light intensity into a digital signal. They feature a near-photopic response over a 20-bit dynamic range and integrate two integrating ADCs to measure irradiance. These devices are ideal for display panel backlighting management, keyboard illumination control, and exposure control in digital cameras. Applications include notebook/tablet PCs, LCD monitors, flat-panel televisions, cell phones, digital cameras, street light control, security lighting, sunlight harvesting, machine vision, and automotive instrumentation clusters.
