AS621x Digital Temperature Sensor
The AS621x is a high-accuracy digital temperature sensor system designed for a wide range of applications, particularly those requiring low power consumption and ease of integration. It communicates via a 2-wire digital bus (IC) and features an integrated Si bandgap temperature sensor, ADC, and digital signal processor. The AS621x family offers three variants (AS6212, AS6214, AS6218) with differing temperature accuracy specifications. Its factory-calibrated sensor, integrated linearization, and support for multiple IC addresses make it a versatile solution for battery-powered devices and other electronic equipment. An alert functionality provides protection against excessive temperatures.
