The SSH-G01 Hall-Effect Gear Tooth Speed and Direction Sensor from Piher Sensing Systems is engineered for precise speed and direction calculation of ferrous gears in demanding automotive and industrial environments. Leveraging touchless Hall-effect technology, this compact and rugged sensor offers high reliability and long-term performance in harsh conditions. It is sealed to IP67 standards, resistant to moisture and high vibration, and features ESD protection. The sensor is easily customizable in terms of form, fit, function, cable, and connector interface, making it ideal for applications such as vehicle transmissions, wheel speed monitoring, hoist and engine speed, anti-lock braking systems, and industrial control.
