Product Overview

The Epoxy-Coated Noise Immune Thermistors (NTC Type NKI) from Amphenol Advanced Sensors are designed to provide robust temperature sensing in environments with high electromagnetic interference (EMI). These thermistors feature element-level EMI protection and a fast time response, making them a drop-in upgrade for existing applications. By eliminating the need for shielded cables and allowing the use of existing housing designs, they reduce system costs. The NKI series is EMC-tested to GMW3097 / ISO11452 and is available with a range of conformal coatings, including Epoxy, HTF1, and CR1, for various operating temperature requirements. They are ideal for applications in EV/HEV/PHEV markets, battery temperature sensing, drive systems, HVAC, and air intake/coolant monitoring.
