Product Overview
The AS5600 is a 12-bit programmable contactless potentiometer and rotary position sensor. It offers high-resolution analog or PWM output, measuring the absolute angle of a diametric magnetized on-axis magnet. Designed for robust contactless potentiometer applications, it is unaffected by homogenous external stray magnetic fields. The IC interface allows for simple user programming of non-volatile parameters, including custom angle ranges. Features include a smart low-power mode and a DIR input pin to select output polarity based on rotation direction. Applications include contactless potentiometers, knobs, pedals, RC servos, and other angular position measurement solutions.
