The JS8746 Harsh Environment Temperature Sensor is engineered for critical temperature monitoring in demanding conditions, particularly within the HVAC control systems of container ships. Designed to ensure a temperature-controlled environment for the transportation of goods by land, sea, and air, this sensor addresses the challenges of extreme weather, corrosive marine elements, and degrading agents like ozone and UV. Its robust construction and advanced materials provide superior resistance to water ingress and environmental degradation, meeting statutory requirements for temperature measurement and performance expectations in the marine shipping market. The sensor's reliability is validated by exceeding 14 days of Highly Accelerated Corrosion Test (HACT), a standard where each test day equates to one year of marine exposure.
