Product Overview
The TSL2540 is a highly sensitive light-to-digital converter that accurately measures ambient light and provides a digital output via an IC interface. It features two output channels, a visible channel with UV/IR blocking and an IR channel with an IR pass filter, each producing a 16-bit output. This allows for precise illuminance calculations to control display backlights. Its integrated optical solution, programmable gain and integration time, and low power consumption make it ideal for various applications.
