Product Overview

The Amphenol Advanced Sensors Engine Temperature Sensor (ETS) GE-1711/GE-1797 series are designed to monitor engine coolant, oil, or fuel temperatures. These sensors provide a signal output proportional to engine temperature, which can be used as input for temperature gauges, Engine Control Units (ECUs), or cooling fan circuits. Key features include high accuracy, long-term stability, fast response time, and a pigtail connector. The sensors utilize an existing field-proven design and offer alternate RvT curves, different connection systems, and various resistance and beta values. They are RoHS compliant and operate at a maximum temperature of 180C. Configurations are available in both brass and stainless steel to suit different media, interface, and environmental requirements.
