Product Overview

The All Sensors Amplified Low Pressure Sensors utilize a proprietary technology to significantly reduce output offset and common mode errors. These sensors provide a ratiometric 4-volt output with superior offset characteristics, minimizing errors due to temperature changes, warm-up, long-term stability, and position sensitivity compared to conventional methods. Featuring a silicon, micromachined, stress concentration enhanced structure, they deliver a very linear output to measured pressure. These calibrated and temperature-compensated sensors offer accurate and stable performance over a wide temperature range, making them ideal for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids like air and dry gases. The output is ratiometric to the supply voltage, which ranges from 4.5 to 5.5 volts. Applications include Medical Instrumentation, Environmental Controls, and HVAC systems.

  • Pressure measurements are with positive pressure applied to Port B.
  • Offset Temperature Shift is relative to 25C.
  • Offset Warm-up Shift is within the first hour of excitation applied to the device.
  • Linearity, hysteresis error is measured at one-half full scale rated pressure using best straight line curve fit.
  • The Span is the algebraic difference between full scale output voltage and the offset voltage.

Pressure Response

For any pressure applied, the response time to reach 90% of the applied pressure is typically less than 500 microseconds.
