The HRPS Hall-Effect Rotary Position Sensor is a cost-effective, non-contacting position sensing solution designed for harsh environments in transportation, industrial, and marine applications. It offers 360-degree absolute position feedback with endless mechanical rotational angle and no dead band, retaining position on power loss. The sensor features configurable electrical angles from 50 to 360 degrees and true contactless operation without gears, ensuring limited wear and tear and an extended product lifetime of up to 50 million cycles. Its durable and robust design is fully sealed and flanged mounted for easy positioning, making it resistant to dust, moisture, vibration, and extreme temperatures. Applications include autonomous warehouse robotics, robot arm position, valve monitoring, steering wheel angle, pedal position, suspension height detection, and HVAC systems.
