Product Overview

The PC420A-IS series are intrinsically safe 4-20 mA loop-powered sensors designed for use in hazardous areas. These sensors offer True RMS or peak output and are easily integrated into existing process control systems. Manufactured in an approved ISO 9001 facility, they are certified for use in Class I, Div 1 Groups A, B, C, D T3C and II 1 G Ex ia IIC T4 Ga hazardous locations. The sensors require connection to certified intrinsically safe equipment with specified electrical parameters and must be installed in accordance with installation diagram 12779.
