Product Overview

Wilcoxon's LPS Series 4-20 mA loop-powered vibration transmitters are self-contained units designed to directly input vibration data into Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) or Distributed Control Systems (DCS). This enables plant personnel to continuously monitor overall vibration levels, trend machine health, correlate vibration to operating conditions, and schedule maintenance proactively. By providing a simple 4-20 mA signal that correlates to average machine vibration, these sensors offer a convenient, reliable, and cost-effective solution for predictive maintenance (PdM) strategies, reducing outages and downtime.
