The Wilcoxon PC420A-DA series offers dual output, loop-powered acceleration sensors with dynamic vibration output. These sensors are designed for 24/7 monitoring of overall machine vibration, enabling continuous trending and alerting users to changing machine conditions to guide maintenance prioritization. They integrate easily with existing PLC, DCS, or SCADA systems. The sensors provide a 4-20 mA output proportional to acceleration vibration and a dynamic signal output derived from an internal buffered amplifier. Users can choose between peak equivalent, true RMS, or true peak output options to best fit their industrial requirements.
