The Piher HRPS Hall-Effect Rotary Position Sensor is a cost-effective, non-contacting position sensing solution designed for harsh environments in transportation, industrial, and marine applications. It offers 360-degree absolute position feedback with an endless mechanical rotational angle and no dead band, retaining position on power loss. The sensor features true, contactless operation with no gears or mechanical interfaces, ensuring easy assembly, calibration, and limited wear. Its integrated shaft and sealed, flanged-mounted design facilitate simple positioning and versatility, with configurable electrical angles from 50 to 360 degrees, multiple pin-out options, and support for low and high-voltage power supplies. The durable, robust design provides a long product lifetime of up to 50 million cycles and is protected against dust, moisture, vibration, and extreme temperatures.
