The Wilcoxon Sensing Technologies 787A-IS is an intrinsically safe accelerometer designed for hazardous area applications. It is API 670 compliant and manufactured in an ISO 9001 facility. This accelerometer is certified for Class I, Div 1 (Groups A, B, C, D), Class II, Div 1 (Groups E, F, G), Class III, and Zone 0 (AEx/Ex ia IIC T4 Ga) environments, making it suitable for use in explosive atmospheres. It features a hermetic seal, PZT ceramic/shear sensing element, and a 316L stainless steel case. The accelerometer is supplied with a 1/4-28 captive hex head screw and calibration data (level 2).
