Wilcoxon LPS Series 4-20 mA Vibration Transducers

Wilcoxon LPS Series loop-powered sensors are self-contained 4-20 mA vibration transmitters designed to directly input vibration data into a plant's Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) or Distributed Control System (DCS). This enables continuous monitoring of critical machinery, allowing plant personnel to trend overall vibration levels, correlate data with operating conditions, and proactively schedule maintenance. These sensors are a cost-effective solution for implementing Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) programs, even in the absence of dedicated vibration analysis technicians.
