Product Overview

The Wilcoxon PC420A-DA series are dual output, loop-powered acceleration sensors designed for continuous 24/7 monitoring of overall machine vibration. These sensors integrate easily into existing PLC, DCS, or SCADA systems, providing dynamic signal output for in-depth analysis and enabling trending of machine conditions to guide maintenance efforts. Users can select between peak equivalent, true RMS, or true peak output to best fit their industrial requirements. The 4-20 mA output is proportional to acceleration vibration, derived from an internal buffered amplifier that requires loop power.
