The ChipCap 2-SIP by Telaire is an advanced, cost-effective humidity and temperature sensing solution integrated into a Single In-Line Package (SIP) with a pre-installed V-Core capacitor. This embedded system combines a proprietary capacitive polymer sensor chip with a CMOS integrated circuit and EEPROM. Individually calibrated and tested, the ChipCap 2-SIP offers high accuracy (2%RH, 0.3C) and is ready for immediate use without further calibration or temperature compensation. Its design ensures reliability in harsh environments, simplifies application, and allows for better air circulation and faster response times, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including HVAC control, process instrumentation, medical devices, and automotive cabin climate control.
