Product Overview

The Wilcoxon Sensing Technologies PCH420V series is a HART-enabled vibration transmitter designed for continuous asset monitoring. It features a 4-20 mA output with the added capability of digital communications via the HART protocol (7.0). This allows for user configuration of sensors, multi-drop cable installations, and direct communication with HART-enabled DCS or PLCs. The PCH420V series offers three user-configurable bands for vibration analysis, enabling flexible full-scale range and filter settings. Benefits include reduced cabling requirements and simplified integration into existing plant infrastructure, leading to improved connectivity, efficiency, and machinery health decision-making. Hazardous area certified models are available.
