Product Overview

The SGX Sensortech TC-1326 is a low-power, robust MEMS thermal conductivity sensor specifically designed for detecting hydrogen due to its high thermal conductivity. It is optimized for hydrogen and methane detection (0-100% volume in air) but can also detect other gases with a sufficient thermal conductivity difference compared to air. Its small size, high resistance to mechanical shocks, and low orientation effect make it ideal for battery-operated applications. The sensor operates on the principle of differential heat loss between a sensing element exposed to the atmosphere and a sealed reference element.
