The SGX Fluorine sensor SGX-F2-5 is a liquid electrochemical gas sensor designed for accurate measurement of gas concentrations. It utilizes a revolutionary innovation in electrochemical sensing, detecting output signals from electrochemical reactions and measuring gas concentration through signal magnitude. The sensor features three catalytic electrodes, a liquid electrolyte, and gas diffusion holes where gas reaches the working electrode for an electrochemical reaction. This generates a current signal linearly proportional to the gas concentration. Key applications include general industry, environmental monitoring, leak detection, emissions, TLV-monitoring, the semiconductor industry, portable and fixed point applications, and water treatment facilities.

- Sensor performance is temperature dependent; please contact SGX for temperature performance other than 20C.
- Do not solder to the connector pins as this may damage the sensor and thereby invalidate the warranty.
