The A16311PUCA is a self-calibrating, automatic True Power-On State (TPOS) camshaft speed sensor IC. It integrates a fully synchronous digital IC and EMC protection components, eliminating the need for external EMI protection. This device offers true target state recognition at power-on with automatic TPOS self-programming, EEPROM programming for optimization and traceability, and chopper stabilization for reduced offset drift. It is designed for automotive camshaft sensing applications, providing a digital output representing the ferromagnetic target profile.
