Product Overview
The MiCS-6814 is a compact MOS sensor featuring three independent sensing elements within a single package. Designed with a robust MEMS structure, it is ideal for detecting pollution from automobile exhausts and for agricultural and industrial odor monitoring. Its small footprint (5 x 7 x 1.55 mm) makes it suitable for compact designs, while its high-volume manufacturing ensures cost-effectiveness for large-scale applications. The sensor offers short lead times and is built for harsh environments.
