Product Overview
The APS12200, APS12210, and APS12230 are three-wire, planar Hall-effect latch ICs designed for high-temperature operation up to 175C junction temperatures. Developed in accordance with ISO 26262:2011, these devices support a functional safety level of ASIL A and feature extended AEC-Q100 qualification. They offer robust system performance with features like reverse-battery protection, output current limiter, overvoltage, and EMC protection. The ICs integrate a voltage regulator, Hall plate, amplifier, chopper stabilization, Schmitt trigger, and a short-circuit-protected open-drain output. They operate from supply voltages of 2.8 to 24 V and are available in through-hole (SIP) and surface-mount (SOT23W) packages.
